Diamabrush

Begin the process of re-finishing a floor with the Diamabrush system, because the quality of your surface preparation will determine the quality of your end result. WFA understand that the traditional methods of surface preparation are expensive and often require training, so sourcing an alternative option for the customer was important. Both the concrete removal tool 25g and the hardwood prep tool 50g are designed to fit a wide variety of rotary floor machines, floor buffers or auto scrubbers. FidBox

We all know that because timber is a natural material it is susceptible to expanding and contracting dependent on the temperature and humidity of the surroundings. This is the blackbox data recorder for the flooring industry. The Fidbox electronic monitoring system helps protect floors and the installers reputation against warping, open joints, buckling and cupping.

The FidBox

HmBox

Innovation leads the way, and the Hmbox does exactly this. Preparation is paramount, this easy to install, online device allows very simply for the measurement of screed moisture contents and site conditions to be done without the expense of visiting site. By using the device you’ll know exactly when the screed will be ready to accept your floor covering. Thus, by surveying the drying rate of the screed you will be able to forecast how long it will be until the site will be ready. The site data is collected every hour and sent twice a day to the internet allowing you the user to find out site and screed conditions from any smart phone or device connected to the web.

The HmBox

Leica

Leica the undervalued tool of the trade, the Leica laser distance meters ensure fast and accurate measuring of all surfaces ensuring the quoting of your jobs a much simpler process.

The Leica Smart Levelling function automatically corrects measuring errors-adjusting the measurement to give true horizontal distances. Protimeter

Moisture and humidity are the consumers silent enemy, because it’s what you can’t see that causes the most destruction.

Protimeter offer a family of moisture measuring devices that range in their complexity. The Aquant is a non-invasive device for rapid testing of floors and walls up to 19mm.

The Timbermaster standard kit is an advanced moisture meter with eight built in wood calibration scales this enables you to accurately measure 150 species of wood.

The Protimeter MMS2 is without doubt though ‘the all-in-one’ leading moisture meter. It simultaneously measures the moisture on and below the woods surface and the ambient air humidity. Combining pin type, non-invasive modes of measurement together with a thermo-hygrometer and a laser IR temperature thermometer this 4-in-1 ergonomic design for one handed use, it gets the job done.

Tramex

Tramex moisture meters help detect against moisture related problems in flooring and also identify the cause of problems should they occur. All the devices are hand held and range in their capabilities. For checking the calibration on various wood species choose the PTM 2.0 with over 500 options, also includes a standard calibration selection. If an instant, non-destructive reading of concrete slabs or other screeds is required then CME4 would be a good choice. See below for alternative solutions.
